About Voyevia
Voyevia lets you buy and install a travel data plan before you leave home — no airport queues, no plastic SIM cards. Here's exactly how the whole process works.
Voyevia is a travel eSIM service operated by Nordevia AS. It lets you buy a data-only mobile plan for your destination, install it on your phone before you leave, and connect the moment you land — without touching a SIM card or standing in an airport kiosk queue.

Step by step
Find your destination
Search by country name on the destinations page. Each country shows the available plans, with a range of data sizes and durations. Pick what fits your trip.
Add to basket and pay
Select your plan and complete checkout. Voyevia uses Stripe for secure payment processing. No account required to buy — though creating one lets you track orders and earn Travel Credit.
Receive your QR code
Your QR code and installation instructions are emailed to you, usually within minutes of payment. Keep this email — it's all you need to install your eSIM.
Install the eSIM at home
Open your phone's Settings and follow the Add eSIM flow. Scan the QR code from your email using another screen. The whole process usually takes a few minutes. Do this at home over Wi-Fi — not at the airport.
Travel and connect
Keep your eSIM in standby during the flight. When you land and turn off airplane mode, your phone connects to a local network and most plans activate automatically. Check your plan details if connection doesn't start within a minute or two.
Install at home, not the airport
The eSIM installs over Wi-Fi. Airport Wi-Fi can be slow or require a login page. Do the installation the night before your trip — most plans don't start counting until they first connect at your destination.
After your purchase
Once your eSIM is installed, you can view your order at any time by signing in to your Voyevia account and going to My eSIMs. You can re-download your QR code from there if needed — though once an eSIM is installed on your phone, you won't need it again.
If you need more data mid-trip, many plans can be topped up from My eSIMs. If yours can't, simply purchase a new plan for the same destination — additional plans are installed the same way and can be active on the same phone alongside existing eSIMs.
Travel Credit
Every eligible signed-in order earns 10% back as Travel Credit, added to your Travel Credit balance. It has no expiry while your account is active, and you can choose to apply it at your next checkout. A $20 order earns $2.00 in Travel Credit, a $50 order earns $5.00, and so on.

No — you can complete checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view your orders, re-access your QR code, and earn Travel Credit on eligible purchases.

Any eSIM-compatible smartphone. This includes all iPhones from XR onwards, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, and many other modern Android devices. Check the compatibility page if you're unsure.
The most common fix is enabling Data Roaming in your eSIM settings — it may be off by default. If you're still having trouble, contact Voyevia support at support@voyevia.com.
